Like all fine machines, your shorthand machine should have routine preventive maintenance. Some call it "Cleaning". For us it is more than just taking the dust and dirt out of the machine. We carefully disassemble the writer, clean out the dirt and old lubrication, check for wear on all the stress and contact points. Then we relubricate to manufacturer specification. Reassemble the writer and make final adjustments for optimum efficiency and ease of operation. Then we calibrate the keys. Special attention is then paid to any issues you may be having with the operation of your machine

​Shipping at Cost

Typically, we need to have the machine in our facility for one day to complete the service. The balance of the time is shipping back and forth to you. We will use expedited next day shipping if you request.
The best service to us is UPS of Fedx. The slowest is the Post Office.
​We will use UPS to send it back unless you request otherwise
